Smoothie kind of Morning

Start the morning right with this super easy smoothie bowl recipe, filled with antioxidants,nutrients and energy. It’s super filling and tastes amazing.

Recipe:

Place all ingriedients in blender until smooth.

-2tbs chia seeds

-1tbs honey/agave nectar

-1 frozen banana

-3 strawberries (frozen or fresh)

-1/4 cup yogurt

-blueberries (optional)
