How To Have A Productive Day

  • Plan the night before
  • Make a check list (ordered most important to least important)
  • Put things on the list that you definitely can/will do to keep motivated, along with things that will challenge you
  • Wake up early and have a good breakfast
  • Try to get as much done in the morning: as I find this is my most productive time of the day
  • Eat healthy to stay energized
  • drink lots of water and/or tea
  • take breaks
  • most importantly get dressed: this helps you stay motivated and always makes me more productive.
