- Plan the night before
- Make a check list (ordered most important to least important)
- Put things on the list that you definitely can/will do to keep motivated, along with things that will challenge you
- Wake up early and have a good breakfast
- Try to get as much done in the morning: as I find this is my most productive time of the day
- Eat healthy to stay energized
- drink lots of water and/or tea
- most importantly get dressed: this helps you stay motivated and always makes me more productive.
